During this workshop, Holistic Health Coaches Amanda Carney and Dena Davis will be sharing simple tips and tricks to make healthy eating easier and more efficient for you. They will be focusing on wholesome, nourishing foods that support your health and describing how (and why) you can make these foods a part of your everyday meals.
They will be addressing some of the obstacles that people often experience when transitioning to a healthier lifestyle (not enough time, too expensive, eating out, traveling, etc.) and will be sharing their personal experiences along with what they have seen work best for their clients. Because Amanda and Dena believe that good health involves more then what is on your plate, they will also be discussing lifestyle techniques to support your transition to healthier eating and living.
